Marta specialises in employment law. She has comprehensive experience in individual and collective employment law, including advising on current cases and representing clients in employment litigation.

Marta advises on employment restructuring, including planning and implementing organisational changes and individual and group dismissals. Her experience also includes compensation and employee aspects in corporate transactions.

As a skilled trial lawyer, Marta effectively defends clients’ interests in various employment matters, from dismissal, pay, bonus and overtime issues to harassment, discrimination and Social Security settlements. She also advises on non-competition, conflict of interest, unfair competition, establishing the existence of an employment relationship and compensation.

Marta provides legal assistance to clients in the area of international labour mobility and issues related to the employment of foreigners in Poland. She represents clients in the legalisation of employment and residence of foreigners at all administrative levels and in courts.
Additionally, Marta advises on creating and implementing internal HR procedures and developing employee documentation. She conducts legal and employment audits and remuneration policy audits.
