HoSun Nam is responsible for project management of all Korean Desk matters under the supervision of Krzysztof Wiater, Partner, who acts as a Head.

HoSun Nam supports Korean clients in legal matters, particularly in setting up business entities in Poland and employment and investment matters. She has many years of experience advising Korean investors on starting businesses in Poland in brownfield and greenfield investments and the successful running of companies in Poland.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. She also studied Polish Studies and Law at the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in South Korea.

HoSun’s Korean origin and bilingualism, as well as a profound understanding of the challenges Korean companies face when establishing and operating a business in Poland and CEE region, allow her to help clients to bridge cultural and language gaps differences to create effective communication, speed up decision processes, and reach company goals.
