Anna specialises in M&A transactions, in particular those involving private equity and venture capital investors.

She gained professional experience supporting domestic and international clients in share and asset transactions (both on the buyer and seller side), conducting due diligence, and negotiating transaction documentation. She has experience supporting clients, particularly from the energy, technology and medical sectors.

Anna also specialises in reorganisation processes in capital groups (mergers, divisions and companies’ transformations), establishment and liquidation of enterprises, and day-to-day corporate advice.
