Piotr specialises in advising on mergers and acquisitions and negotiating, preparing and advising on the conclusion of commercial contracts, including those in the defence sector.

In addition, he has many years of experience in advising on corporate law. He has participated in transaction processes carried out on both shares and assets of companies and was involved in M&A projects at every stage, from conducting legal due diligence to negotiating and drafting agreements and required attachments.

He has experience in assisting clients from the petrochemical and energy sectors and those related to the defence sector. He advised on negotiating defence contracts for suppliers of complex defence solutions, including artillery systems.

He also advised on the incorporation, liquidation and restructuring of companies.
