Marek specialises in energy law, energy security, raw material security and administrative proceedings. He advises clients on regulatory aspects of Poland’s natural gas, electricity, district heating and renewable energy sectors.

He also supports the energy-intensive industry and energy transition processes of domestic enterprises as part of the gradual transition from using fossil fuels to renewable energy. He is a goal-oriented person with a strong drive to find an optimal solution for the client, considering the client’s plans, business strategy, and investment and market opportunities.

Marek advises clients in ongoing investment proceedings, as well as in licensing and other administrative proceedings conducted by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, the President of the Government Strategic Reserve Agency, and other government and local government authorities.

He is the author and co-author of about 30 scientific publications, commentaries and academic textbooks on administrative law, energy law, administrative and administrative court proceedings.
